Ask the Dumb Question. I Mean It.

“I don’t know what I don’t know.”
Every week, I hear job seekers ask the same things… but with a little shame in their voice, like they should already know the answers.
These questions aren’t actually dumb. They’re a sign of overwhelm or unclear goals or just plain not knowing which way to go.
So today, I'm naming those questions. Out loud. No judgement, not even a little bit.
Why This Matters to You
When your job search is led by fear, confusion, or the need for someone else to “just tell you what to do,” you feel like s***.
Pretty simple.
Common Solutions and Why They Might Not Work
Most people try to Google their way through this. They crowdsource advice on Reddit. They apply to dozens of jobs and hope someone will 'give them a chance.'
Or they wait... "Maybe the right job will just fall into my lap..."
It doesn’t.
Because job search success isn't always about wOrKiNg HaRdEr...
It’s about asking better questions.
A Better Approach for You
Let’s start here:
There are no dumb questions.
Yes, this is a list of questions I've compiled from messages. Word-for-word:

-
Can you just fix my resume?
-
Is my resume bad?
-
Why am I not getting interviews?
-

-

-

-

-
What if they do not like me?
-
What if they can tell I was a teacher?
-
Is the job market bad?
-
Should I wait to apply?
-
Is it even worth trying?
-

-
Can I do this without networking?
-

-
Do I really need LinkedIn?
-
Is there a shortcut?
-

-
