Step 1: Grab a job description of a job you're interested in.

Step 2: Grab 3 bullets you have already written on your resume.

Step 3: Open Chat GPT (or your fave AI tool)

Step 4: Copy/paste my prompt and replace the BRACKETS at the bottom of the prompt with the job description and your 3 bullets.

Copy + Paste This Into ChatGPT (or your AI tool):

Rewrite my teaching resume bullets so they sound like corporate impact statements aligned to the job description I’m targeting.

Use this format:
[Strong action verb] + [business-facing task] + [measurable result or outcome] + [who/what it impacted]

Instructions:
- Focus ONLY on adult-facing work (staff training, committee leadership, parent engagement, admin collaboration, etc.)
- Avoid vague buzzwords or unnecessary fluff
- Keep each bullet under 22 words
- Avoid soft skills and personality traits — this is about *proof*, not *vibes*
- Align the language to the job description below

Let’s say you’re applying for a Learning & Development Specialist role.

Original teacher bullet:
