Affiliate Policy

This Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Elevated Careers LLC, an s-corp existing under the laws of the State of South Carolina, with a principal place of business located at 1235 East Blvd Ste E PMB 2086 Charlotte NC 28203 (“Company”), and all affiliates of any products, (“Affiliate”). Both Company and Affiliate are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”

Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which Affiliate may market, promote, and sell products or services on behalf of Company and earn commissions on those sales.

Commissions

  1. Rate: Affiliate will earn a commission equal to 25% of the total purchase price for The Pro, Plus, and Essentials Career Change Accelerators. Sales must come through via Affiliate's unique referral link.
  2. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate on the 1st day of each month for sales made in the preceding month. Any customer using the Affiliate's link has to make a purchase within 30 days after clicking an affiliate link before the referral is no longer credited.
  3. Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via PayPal.

Restrictions

  1. Paid Advertisements: Affiliate is expressly prohibited from using any form of paid advertisements to promote their unique referral link. Violation of this term may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

Term and Termination

  1. Term: This Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either Party.
  2. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other Party.

Miscellaneous

  1. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
  2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
