Elevated Careers Career Change Accelerator Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Elevated Careers, operated by Steph Yesil ("Provider"), and the enrolled participant ("Client"). By enrolling in the Career Change Accelerator ("Program"), the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Options

Client may select one of the following payment options:

One-Time Payment: A single upfront payment for full access to the Program.
Installment Plan: A structured multi-payment option, with scheduled payments due on predetermined dates. Failure to complete all installments will result in loss of access to the Program.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program, no refunds will be issued after enrollment.
Clients on an installment plan must complete all scheduled payments to retain full access to the Program.
Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

3. Payment Failure & Collections

If a Client on the installment plan fails to make a payment by the due date, access to the Program may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.
If the Client removes or updates their payment information to avoid further charges, Elevated Careers reserves the right to refer the outstanding balance to a third-party collection agency.
Clients are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to late or failed payments, including but not limited to collection costs, administrative fees, and legal expenses.

4. Access & Program Inclusions

Upon successful payment, Client will receive access to the agreed-upon Program materials.
The Program is self-paced, and Client is responsible for completing all materials within the designated access period.

5. Non-Transferability

Program access is non-transferable and intended solely for the enrolled Client. Any unauthorized sharing or reproduction of materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing the payment, Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Elevated Careers reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed.
